. T -. fri' - Q an WN A 'lt After a couple of years the Mexican American Culture Club reorganized. With the help of the club's sponsor, Mrs. Claussen the club did well throughout the year. Even though the club started late, many activities were accomplished. The club earned money by having bakesales and selling Santa Claus Iollipops. A membership party was held in the latter part of the year. The highlight of the club was the Cinco de Mayo Assembly, which was held in early May. This assembly consisted of Mexican music played by a band from out of town and our own school band. Dancing was done by Casa Grande and CHS students, and speeches were given by spe ial guests. .
