Starting off with a heart-warming victory over Red- ford, the Cards quickly defeated Mackenzie, Wright, Cody, Western, Southwestern, and Northwestern in order, thus allowing them to face the East Side cham- pions at U. of D. Stadium on Friday, November l3. However, 13 proved to be a lucky number as Eastern lost to Cooley, 26-l3.
