He discusses community issues with parents such as Howard Hess, President ofthe Cooley Parents Club. He considers a matter ofmutual interest, a student's appli- cation form for college, with Miss Marilyn Hamilton, mathe- natics teacher. He oilers encouragement to Bill Ross, l2B, who has come in for friendly advice.
