We. the Cool Spring Class of 1955. have no dollars to bequeath. However. there are nine bequests which we wish to add to those renowned in tradition and anecdotes: I. Our dignity-impressive and great-we will to the gay and giddy Juniors with the faint hope that they will accept. evaluate. and uphold it. II. Our Senior Seats-cherished and beloved--we likewise will to the aforenamed beneficiaries' may they fill them fully and maintain therein as much determination to get by as easily as possible. and with as little work as we did. To the young and tender freshmen we bequeath our old candy wrappers popsickle sticks chewing gum-delicious and sticky to be used when they are needed most Our typewriters-battered and beaten we leave to the future typing students to ring and bang on in their spare time Our athletic equipment mussed and misplaced and our beloved old gym with our suits and our dressing room we the athletes of 55 leave to the rising aspirants to dispose of las we nearly did! We the chemistry class of 55 Joyfully will the old lab-dilapl dated and debllztated to oblivion May the new one be combus nba proof! V Our lunchroom seats-bent and broken we hereby will to who ever is able to grab them first and our foremost places in line to the fastest runner VIII Our beautiful campus and our modern Home Ec and Agriculture buildings and our classrooms we leave to the Students of Today and Tomorrow in the hope that they will cherish and protect them so that they will continue to be a pride and Joy Last but not least we leave to our successors the places we fill in the hearts of our principal and teachers May they love and respect them as we have done We hereby appoint Mrs S H Stevenson our class advisor as sole executrix of this our last vsnll and testament In Witness Whereof we the Senior Class of 1955 do set our hands and seal hereto this the twenty th1rd day of May in the year of our Lord KSEALD Witnesses jjf, C fQ!.:.L7Zf,x 674.1 ldhw III. .
