. V. Tigers Show a Lot of Enthusiasm The Conway High J.V. Tigers Cubs showed a lot of spirit and enthusiasm during the 1977-78 season. The Cubs started out with a bang by defeating Mullins I8-12. Later they beat West Florence and Hillcrest. Winning these games helped produce a record of 3-5- 1. The team could count on players such as Gerald Addison, Jonathon Drayton, Marcus Hickman, Terry Sherman, and Perry Bean, to come out with outstanding plays. Of course there were many others who contributed to the team effort. Quarterback Scott Floyd was a valuable player also fwhen he finally remembered the playsj. Appreciation should be bestowed upon Coaches Cecil, Sadler, and Roberts, who contributed to the teanfs eager- Anxious players watch the action on the field Sorry man Igotit' ness and togetherness.
