Mirror Staff Meets Deadline it K7 'I ,gt ., fm... ,,..-...i S .fem CO-EDITORS: Sally Proctor and Rex Jackson BPSINESS Nf1AN.-XGERS: Judy Gerrald and Renee Thompson After a long year of frustrations. the Conway High Annual Staff produced this yearbook. It all began before the first day of school. The members of the staff all met to paint. sweep and clean our new annual room. The completion of the room was done at the end of first semester. The very first day of school. the annual staff began work. Layouts were being drawn. pictures were being lined up. and the quad-paks were completed. There are many events that the I977-78 Mirror Staff will always remember, Among them are deadlines being met. A major problem was pictures. It seemed as though they never did come out because. lt rained. or We're out of film. or The dark room was messed up. These are familiar lines to all staff members. All the staff will remember being yelled at by everybody. If it wasn't Miss Carlton. Rex. or Sally. it was someone else. Even though there were many problems. The Mirror Staff always pulled through. When extra work was needed. mem- bers were willing to spend a Saturday afternoon in the dark room or lose some sleep by working till 3 a.m. The hard work. the mistakes. and the arguments all combined to produce a beautiful yearbook of which the Annual Staff is very proud. Special thanks go to Olan Mills for their pictures and Miss Carlton. our advisor. 'J Advisor. Ms. Carlton. makes another important decision.
