48 S.A.E. Helps Teachers S.A.E. fStudent Action for Educationj is an organization l dedicated to serving the educational profession. Formerly F.T.A. fFuture Teachers of Americaj. this club offered service - having as its aim aiding teachers in carrying out their goals. Today S.A.E. serves in many ways. They tutor small chil- dren. serve as aids to high school teachers, and act as substi- tute teachers when a teacher must be out of class. They also sponsor a Teacher Career Day, and honor teachers on National Education Week. Students who enroll in the S.A.E. Club must be willing to give service in at least two of our many projects. 50 Freedom '78 Gets Its Freedom For three years we havejourneyed these halls, attended numerous classes, studied subject upon subject, and borne the burden of homework. We have learned. We have participated in clubs, initiated fund-raising projects and participated in sports. We have accomplished many tasks and borne many titles. But now the end is near.
