Sophomores 5TH ROW: Dale Boggs, Patty Mohr, Russell Gaskill, Varrell Mclntosh, Lowell Cress, Lowell Kever, 4TH ROW: Bob Waldron, Doyt Owens, Janet Black, Lois Krugh, Jirnmy Beatty, Bob Rogers, 3RD ROW: Gene Harting, lenny lrnler, Lowell Oeschle, Shirley Kirocofe, Clarice Jackson, Stanley Mollenkopf, ZND ROW: Dave Beatty, Glen Klinger, Dick Neisewander, Harold Kruckeberg, Marcia Bell, Evelyn Klinger, lST ROW: Phyllis Joseph, Bob Klinger, Sophomore Class History ln September of 1942, we Sophomores, forty-three in number, entered the first grade at Convoy with Miss Ruth Johnson, as our teacher, Mrs, Norma Carey, Mrs, Helen Smith Muntzinger, Mrs, Julia Friedly, Mrs, Rema Mohr, and Miss Jessie Driver also helped to prepare our way for high school Mrs, Charlotte Stose and Mr. J, C Edwards were our class sponsors in Junior High, The eighth grade test was very irnportant to all of us, Several received high scores, This year, in the Sophomore Class, we very cordially welcomed the Freshmen into high school by an initiation party as we were welcomed last year, Mr, Dwight Smith was our class sponsor last year and Mr, Edward Deitsch is our sponsor this year, Our class officers are: President, James Beatty, Vice-President, Doyle Weaver, Secretary-Treasurer, Pat Mohrg and Reporters, Janet Black and Lois Krugh, We are all looking forward to the two remaining years at Convoy School,
