HISTORY OF THE CLASS OI 1952 The class of '52 started to school in l9hO. Our class was composed of L2 pupils. Our teacher was Miss Catherine Dean. The next fall we started the second grade. Mrs. Norma Carey was our teacher. In the third grade Mrs. Helen Smith was our teacher. Many new sub- jects were introduced to us and we anticipated our next years with great eagerness. Mrs. Mary Meyers was won Q10 for competing in a During 'the next two and subjects taught by Mrs. 'L6 and 'L7 we entered Junior In the school year of ginning to feel important, but we found that hard work the fun we were having. ' We entered high school as trembling little green the people in high Freshmen. We were looked down upon with pity, as this was the year of our initiation. The girls wore nightgowns, big hair in rag curlers, and had lovely red paint smeared all over The boys wore women's clothes, high healed shoes, carried and all had some lovely red paint. Mr. Smith is our sponsor this year. We are looking forward to the next three years of high school with anticipation. 17
