CAPTAIN PHILIP S. ANSELMO STE EXECUTIVE OFFICER USS CONSTELLATION Captain ANSELMO, a native of Middle- bury, Vermont, graduated from the Uni- versity of New York in August I962, en- tered the Navy through Aviation Officer Candidate School in October l962, and was commissioned in March l963. Captain ANSELMO completed F-4 Re- placement Pilot Training in Fighter Squad- ron IOI and served in Fighter Squadron 3I from February I964 to December I965g Fighter Squadron ISI from December l965 to March I967, Air Test and Evaluation Squadron Four from March I967 to October I969p Fighter Squadron I2It Fighter Squad- ron JIS from December I969 to December l97Ig and F-I4 Program Manager at Naval Air Test Center, Patuxent River from De- cember l97I to August I974. From August I974 to August I976, he served as Flag Lieutenant and Aide to Commander SIXTH Fleet. He then reported to Fighter Squadron Ill CF-4 RAGJ5 Carrier Air Wing Two Staff as Operations Officer from March l977 to May l977g Fighter Squadron l54 as XO, then CO, from De- cember I979 to June l98I. Captain ANSELMO has logged over 900 carrier landings in the F-4 aircraft. He is married to the former Arlene Fox of Cleve- land, Ohio.
