Celebrity's personal visits with the sick and wounded aided the morale of men as much as the medical care helped them physically. Round - Up Time George Zissis, Ship's Company, lends air to the singing interlude of the USO 2l2 show. Dick Cantina is the name, l2 April, l953, and the place was lnchon Harbor. Dick and the other members of the Special Services Company came aboard to entertain the pa- tients. lt was one of the outstanding USO' shows of the cruise. Others with Dick Cantina were Herschel Black, Tommy Amato, Danny Fitzgerald and VinCe Petta. New Recruit Helen Traubel, famous opera singer, shed her tame to eat in the general mess with the pa- tients and enlisted men. From her smile, apparently it agrees with her. l
