High School. In the early part of the school year you will find him planning student schedules and handing out rosters, at Christmas time he joins his faculty and student body in the singing of Christmas carols; and as the school year closes for the seniors you will find Mr. Oermann measuring each and every senior student for his cap and gown. When a student reporter asked him what he felt was the most prominent problem of the top administrator of a secondary school he replied; The student-teacher relationship . He said, The superintendent must realize that both teachers and students have problems. It is up to the superintendent to develop a closer and proper attitude toward the student and the teacher. So as one can see from only this short biography Mr. Edward Oermann takes a personal interest in the students and does not leave all the work up to the teachers. But, now after being at ConshohockenHigh School for 41 years he will retire July 1, 1966. After retiring, he plans to probably do some substituting, take care of his property and do some traveling with his wife. We are sure that Conshohocken High School will always hold a special place in his memory and thoughts. Aden 00 Jioarcf disciplinarian Raymond N. Weaver FRONT TO BACK; Winfield S.
