ROY Goddard sank two baskets in the last two minutes to bring home the bacon. BULLDOGS GET REVENGE Brady Bulldogs revenged their defeat of the previous week by downing the Cowboys 21-17 on Conrad's floor. The game was nip and tuck throughout with Brady pulling to the front in the last few minutes. Conrad showed its lack of game experience by tossing the ball away time and again. Iones put Conrad out in the lead in the first quarter by sinking three shots from the corner. Iunior Robinson, diminutive reserve, went into the game in the last few minutes and made the Cowboys' last basket from the side. The Cowboys directed a barrage at the basket in the dying minutes of the game but couldn't connect. TOURNAMENT RESULTS Browning Indians took the district tournament by beating Shelby 30-25. Conrad was asked to compete in the tournament despite their short schedule. By winning one and losing two the Cowboys placed sixth. ln their first en- gagement the Cowboys were subdued by the Sunburst Refiners. Oilrnont fell victim to the Cowboys Friday afternoon 29-19.
