In keeping with the tenor of this year, the presentations by both the CBC Choir and Choralaires were evangelistic. Each group used a completely different type of music; however, the outreach was the same. The Choralaires, CBC ' s travelling Choir, presented the gospel in song and testimony, climaxing their services with the call to Rise and Be Saved in the Name of Jesus. Their ministry proved to be a blessing as they toured through Idaho during the spring break. As a result of these services, a number were baptized in Jesus ' Name and some received the Holy Ghost. They also ministered in the churches in and around Portland, and enjoyed the blessing of God in the services. The CBC Choir experienced a first in the history of the school. They presented John W. Peterson ' s musical, Jesus is Coming, accompanied by a professionally-recorded sound-track. It was a thrilling- musical happening for the choir, and the musical was received very well by the six churches in which it was presented. Kneeling: Norm Rutzen, Mike Tuttle.
