Senior Class Prophecy It is May, 1990, DEBBIE GATCHELL and I are sitting in my kitchen discussing our husbands and children when the subject of former classmates comes up. Since we have recently inherited a large amount of money we decide to go on a trip to find out what has happened to all of our former classmates. On our way to Sherrodsville's airport we see no other than TOM CARROLL installing windows at the Post Office. He tells us his company specializes in replacing bullet shattered windows. After boarding our plane we are dismayed to find that we are being hi-jacked to Cuba. The hi- jacket, who is MIKE MORELAND, is finally persuaded by the pilot, BOB WATT, to return home to his mother. Our first stop is Nashville, Tennesee where we plan to meet ALTHEA CLARK who has kept records of the class of '70 for her employer, BOB KELLEY, owner of the Fingerprint Inc. Co. After receiving the information we need, we fly to Detroit, Michigan. As we board the plane, we are surprised to learn we will be flying with RICK JONES, President of the United States. He informs us his Vice-President, DAVE BECKLEY, will be in charge during his absence. As we land, we see RICK MAYDOCK running up and down the runway screaming, It's on fire! It's on fire! The stewardess, SONDRA WARNER, tells us he is doing his thing. On our way to our hotel room we see chief of police, JIM COFFY, pulling no other then DEE BOWER over for reckless operation and squealing of tires in her new car - Fierbaugh 500, designed by CHARLENE FIERBAUGH. One hour later in our hotel room we ring for room service only to find room service is not available because employees DEBBIE TOPE, SHEILA SMITH, and PAT HOSSLER are picketing for increase in wages. Suddenly Debbie developes a toothache and we rush to Cadle Dental Agency, owned and operated by RANDY CADLE. His assistant, SANDRA RICHIE, tells us that JOE MASTERS, JERRY MCLANDSBOROUGI-I, and BILL GARTRELL have been sent to Puerto Rico to stop the smuggling of drugs into the U.S. Our next stop is Las Vegas, Nevada. There we find SUSAN MEI-IAFFEY peddling papers outside of the Bettin' Burlesque, owned and operated by TOM CONRAD and KAREN GECKLER. The next morning finds us in Houston Texas where JOHN STOCKER and SHIRLEY BEAMER raise Texas Longhorns on the biggest ranch in the state. Shirley tells us her former maids, DARLA HERBERT and JO ANN KELLEY, just left for Germany to join their husbands.

As we look out over the prairie we see MITCH EDIE rounding up steers with his Camaro. MARY DUNFEE, Shir1ey's cook, serves us our dimer while singing l'Big Bad John. We thanked Shirley and John for their hospitality and headed for Long Beach, California. There we find we arrive in time to see the International Surfing Contest. The winners are being announced. To our surprise they are none other then JACK SHARP and JON NEDELE. Debbie and I decide we are hungry so we make our way to the nearest hot dog stand. Frantically serving hot dogs at the counter are DEBBIE SCOTT and BILL SUMMERS. Debbie tells us that they have a partnership and are doing very well. She also tells us that the name of their stand is Harry's Long Dogs. Under a huge umbrella we see GAIL VITTLING and SUE LAWHUN, who brought the present F.B.L.A. Club of Conotton Valley to California for their annual trip. Our next stop is Phoenix, Arizona. As we are watching T.V. at the home of KATHY SHEETS, who has invited us to stay there during our visit, we see that MARK SHULTZ is playing a major part in Hogan's Heroes. Kathy tells us that BILL SENSEL, DAVE BEVANS, and JIM SMITH now own a Chevy junkyard down the block. After borrowing Kathy's car for a ride we see two hitchhikers. Stopping to pick them up, we see that they are DAVE EICK and KELLY LOVE, Kelly explains that they are still protesting school rules and are on their way to Bombay, India to study school procedures. Kelly tells us that GLENDA LEGGETT and DAVE WARNER are now teaching at Ohio State and are known to the students as Rough and Ready. Our time is running out and we still have five classmates to see. Luckily, they all live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. When we arrive we find that they have arranged a little party for us. CORINNE HEAVLIN and ROSE GRIZLIK-inform us that they now own and operate the Grace and Glamor Charm Schoo1. TERESA TITUS is now head librarian at Pitts- burgh's biggest library. BOBWOOD and RANDY COPELAND weresorry to tell us that they had to leave the party early, but they had received a call that the usher in their movie house was missing because they had for- gotten to turn off the popcorn machine. As we pull in our home driveway, we both agree that it has been a glorious vacation and we have had a wonderful time visiting with our former classmates of 19'70 because they were all wonderful friends and will remain so forever. signed JANET SI-IUSS AND DEBBIE GATCHELL
