Traditional Events Open New Year Traditional events open an academic year at Con- nors. Advisers help students plan their courses of study and the Student Senate sponsors an all-school dance to start entertainment and academic study for the year. Early in the year, students who file for class offi- cers speak before an assembly to let students know about their platforms.
