ART QCLfUB The Art Club officers for this year are Allen Merrill, President; Betty Holt, Vice-President; Marve- lene Goines, Secretary-Treasurer; Colleen Hilfiger, Student Senate Representative; and Mrs. Ruth M. White, Sponsor. The Activities included: Monthly art exhibits by out of state artists, F ield trips to Philbrook and Gil- creasce Art Museums, Semester Art Exhibits, Mural for Halloway Hall, Christmas back drop for the music department, Religious backdrop for the Easter program, Motherhs Day Tea, and the Picture of the Month.

CONNORS MUSIC DEPARTMENT The Connors Music Departmenfs appearances included: request talent program at Haskell High School, including vocal and piano solos and trio; Reasor Denison, sponsored by the Oklahoma State F arm Bureau, appeared at the Talent Review in Ok lahoma City on N ovember 26, won first and was one of five chosen for first place in Boston on December 6; and appeared on the Baccalaureate and Com- mencement programs. The Connors Music Department, assisted by the Art Department, sponsored a beautiful Christmas and Easter program; and a ttConnors Steve Allen,, Lyceum group, appearing in towns of the immediate area. Music groups on the campus consisted of the glee club, Connofs F reshman Girls Trio, the 4 Queens tgirls quartet h , a mixed quartet, and several duet teams, both vocal and piano.
