THE CONNORS STUDENT SENATE is the representative board of the Student Body. All campus activities are cleared through the Senate and placed on its calendar. This year the Senate has revised the Constitution centering its aim on developing leadership among the student body by the point system. Activities of the Student Senate have included a student mixer the first week of school, and a New Year's Eve Dance. ' During December 5 and 6 a senate delegation composed of President Raymond Gann, Parliamentarian Bob Criner, Senators, June Ballinger, Jeanne Shamblin, and Bill Honeycutt and sponsor, Miss Rimmer, attended the state Student Senate conference at Enid. The officers of the Senate are: Raymond Gann, President, Wesley Jarman, Vice President, Nan Kennedy, Sec- retary-treasurerg Bob Criner, Parliamentarian. Sophomore class representatives are June Ballinger and Don Butler, Freshman class, Bob Criner, Emma Sue Amos and Anna Mae Galbraith.
