The newspaper sraff is originared in rhe Journalism Class where each srudenr learns how ro write on a vari- ety of subjeers Nor only do they publish interesting and intelligent arrides, rhey also keep srudenrs busy with crossword puzzles, and laugh- ing or comic strips Srudenrs also work towards excelling in their journalistic writing ability. Hood-pelted, rhe 1982-83 Yearbook Sroff has worked tremendously hard on learn- ing rhe techniques and re- sponsibilities of producing o yearbook. Seminars, learning to do layouts, and rewriting a piece of copy up to six rimes ore just o small portion of rhe dedica- tion which goes into being on rhe Conner Yearbook Sroff. Many local businesses help to support the yearbook by buying ods and hoving rhe money used to pay for some of rhe expenses involved in the production of o year- book.
