This year was a rebuilding year. as srared by Tennis Coach, Dwighr Levi. This was very evidenr by rheir record, 0 wins and 7 loses. The tennis ream wasn't given much of a chance either with 9 marches canceled. The noise mostly heard on the courts was rain, nor the ball being hit by the racket. This year's tennis ream consisted of 13 players, 6 girls and 7 boys. The boy's top spot was held mosrly by James Hull, rhe girl's spot by Becky Porter and Amy Goodridge. There were only 5 seniors on Tenni the tennis ream this year. These seniors were valuable players bur rhe younger Cougars are looking forward to an excellent season next year. Jason Eckler, was rhe Conner Booster Man. Amy Goodrige was rhe girl's Booster Lady. James Hull sums up rhe season with this quote, Although rhe tennis ream didn't have a winning season this year, it still was a good year and I'd like to wish them good luck!
