CONNOLLY SINGERS Connolly Singers is a rather mall group but has very strong ound and feeling. They can be a eal treat for sore ears. Miss Van trains her students well and listening to them is truly enjoyable. She has a lot of enthusiasm and really supports her budding vocal- lsts. Next year's group of Connolly Singers is sure to be just as good with their Supercool teacher. The group has had one very excit- ing tour and 25 outstanding perfor- mances off campus. Watching them perform can be a whole lot of fun. Since choreography is included, it makes them very entertaining to watch, as well as listen to. Their per- formances were ones you wouldn't want to miss. ORCHESTRA I guess you could say Connolly's Orchestra has really been around! The Sheraton, Westchester Care Center and NAU in Flagstaff are just a few places they've performed. Here's a quote from Mrs. Pullen, the orchestra teacher on what the students are learning: We are fur- thering our knowledge of our instru- ments, studying string literature and learning to play as an ensemble. Lively, energetic, noisy were Mrs. Pullen's exact words when asked to describe her class. SOUNDSA TIONS Lerr io Hight - tBoysi - Steve Pitcher, Mark Tucker, Matt Bradshaw, Ben Mudgett, Mike Foster.
