So far this year there have been a total of Lhree math contestsg Connetquot has competed in only the last two. All of Suffolk County competes in one con- test held at various schools. Out of a total of 25 points the most total points scored in any contest by a school has been 15. We have scored 8 points in the second contest and 9 points in the third. Joseph Machac has been high scorer with a total of 7 points. A.A.U. Swimming This group is one of six A.A.U. swim teams in the Cnnnelquot District which totally comprise 250 swimmers. The club is in action eleven monlhs a year, training and competing in the Tri-Slate Metropolitan Section. 1969-70 has been hy far the most successful of the clulfs six year history.
