At Connelley the future mechanics in the building trades are given an Opportunity to work with every tool and material utilized in the various trades. lt would be impossible to enu- merate the many different operations the boys experience in the pursuit of their particular vocations. Generally speaking a potential me- chanic entering this field must have good health, the ability to transfer related knowledge to a practical situ- ation, and be familiar with the tools of his trade. Also he must possess the ability to read blue prints and lay- out dimensions.
