Hi, h-Fliers Stepping High Connell s drill team adopted a new name, the High-iliers, and ilew off to a. success- ful year of crowd-pleasing performances a.t sports events and pa.rades. Routines in- cluded a dance drill to Satisfaction, prepa.red for a drill team clinic, and a, spec- ial Christmas program featuring Santa. Jim Brock. Fuzzy furbles became the standout money-making project of the drill team. Money earned from the many activities was used for the new uniforms and pom pons. Teresa Casper captained the High-fliers with Casey Warner, co-capta.in.
