Spring and Sweethearts I'll Have To Say I Love You In A Song was the theme of the 1974 Sweetheart Dance. The early May dance utilized rainbow-hued streamers and multi-color- ed helium balloons, and the dance floor was surrounded by white fencing and huge springtime murals. The Royalty was selected by competition that included: siphon tube-setting, nail- pounding, and shot-putting for the girlsg and egg-separating, diaper-changing, and knitting for the boys. 4See pictures of the events on the FHA pagey. Time in a Bottle The theme Time in a Bottle, pink balloons, and hot pink and black streamers combined to brighten the mid-winter night of the Class of 1975's Junior Prom. Kid Coco entertained for the evening, although a late arrival caused an anxious delay of the dance.
