10 11 13 16 Every day, many students visit the Office of Student Af- fairs for advice, solutions and conversation. There is always a compassionate ear in Crozier-Williams 211. Janet Christophano '86 It is customary to call your friend by the first name, and it is the affection and warmth between individuals which creates this friendship. It is exactly this affection, warmth and concern which has, over time, transformed Dean Wat- son into Marg , the Dean we call by her first name. Jim Crowley '86 Marg is a very professional, dedicated and sincere in- dividual ... She devotes a great deal of time and energy to the concerns of students and her enthusiasm and honesty are never failing. Beth Sheehan Marg is a good person and a good friend. She is a true asset to this college community. Matt Charde '87 In light of Dean Margaret Watson's eighteen years of con- tribution to Connecticut College and its student body, we have chosen to dedicate the 1986 Koine to her. Marg Watson has not only guided the student body in the past years, she has also befriended it. All students who come into contact with Marg notice her genuine warmth and friendliness, and her will- ingness to be of help. Marg is one person whom students feel they can go to for advice, solutions, and friendship. Marg is not only an administrator and advisor to the student body, she is also a friend. Though the image of Marg merely as a person is what first comes to mind when she is mentioned, Marg as an administrator is an image equally commendable. Marg is devoted and professional in her contact with the student body. She has successfully combined administrating and friendship, and, in so doing, has earned the respect of both her peers and her students. Although this dedication does not recognize your many accomplishments during your time here, Marg, we hope that, through it, you feel the appreciation, love and respect we hold for you. Thanks, Marg. 17 oo oo ofnfg oooo oo o0 0o ool 0o O TR i'Q N N N 3 TABLE OF CONTENTS Then And Now 19 Terrortories gl We've Got Their Facultles 137 The Sporting Life 160 Members Of The Club 183 Gotcha 193 Advertisements 219 18 ot i 172 4 ret O n 1 M :m Q z w ds s o 2 S 0 25 Agnifilo Livingstomn, Meirowitz, 20 Steve Crawford Asian StudiesEnglish SIRRRRRN Jay Lauf John Ebin English History Government History Mike Akerson Economics 21 Tom Pado History Gary Andrews Economics AL ey -A-F'?i,x ' .Hl,r : f James Crowley Philosophy Economics Jeff Idelson Economics 22 Andrea Elizabeth Rowe Mathematical Science Sharon Andrew Psychology o AT o i Melaney P.
