Educationally, he is well prepared. In short, he is the type of young man w’ om the country needs?’’ GIRL, can it be said of you. “I am glad to speak a few words for (your own name here) whose school record is high. She is a young woman of excellent character. She is capable, honest. and reliable. She is ladylike in all her actions. She dresses neatly and in good taste. She is cooperative, loyal, helpful. All the later educational theories have for their basis a n.ore democratic idea whose central thought is, “each for all and all for each.” If this is to become a reality instead of an ideal, greater responsibility must be assumed by students for the welfare of those with whom they daily associate.
