The objective of the 1960-1961 CADET has been to record events, to preserve the achieve- ments, and to reproduce, in picture, the activities of the students as they moved through the year. We have tried to present these events in such a manner that they will show the spirit of Connally High and the pride we have in our school and that they will, in the years to come, bring pleas- ant memories of the happy years spent here. We now present this book to you, the students, with the hope that you will cherish it always. If many year in the future this volume brings back one flash of happy remembrance, our efforts have not been in vain and this book will have been a success.
