As superintendent of Conestoga Valley School District. Mr. Robert Rill is the link between the school and the state govern- ment. Mr. Rill's iob is to carry out policies the School Board and the Pennsylvania School Code set up. Along with these responsi- bilities. Mr. Rill also makes the final ratings of all the teachers. These ratings are based on Mr. Rill's personal observations and on the administrative staff recommendations. In conclusion. Success of the school program directly relates to the cooperation and effort of all facets of our community which includes parents, teachers. students. and the community at large. explains Mr. Rill.
