As superintendent of Conestoga Valley School District. Mr. Robert Rill is the link between the school and the state govern- ment. Mr. Rill's iob is to carry out policies the School Board and the Pennsylvania School Code set up. Along with these responsi- bilities. Mr. Rill also makes the final ratings of all the teachers. These ratings are based on Mr. Rill's personal observations and on the administrative staff recommendations. In conclusion. Success of the school program directly relates to the cooperation and effort of all facets of our community which includes parents, teachers. students. and the community at large. explains Mr. Rill. Mr. Robert XV. Rill Abou' - Mr. Rill checks over an important letter to be sent to all families in the school district.

Kennedy, principal and Mr. Robert Zink, assistant principal, both work together for the students and faculty of Conestoga Valley. They collaborate to make everyone's schedule interesting and valuable. Both see to it that curricular and extracurricular activities are enjoyable and profitable for all Conestoga Valley students.
