70 N i ght To Remember A romantic, dimly lighted chamber crowded with elegantly clad couples and an accent of an'Ole Virginian atmosphere marked the set- ting for the 1971 junior-Senior Prom held on May 21 at the Dutch Town and Country Inn. The glamorous event surely generated a feel- ing of unforgettable enjoyment and excitement from within the hearts of every boy and girl present. Long tedious hours spent by the junior prom committee to create a successful environment for the occasion were complemented by the su- perb performance of Tiny Wright and his orchestra. At Dutch Lanes directly after the Prom itself, the Post Prom topped off the fun-filled social with a variety of games and entertainment enough to satisfy everyone. As a farewell to the seniors and a dramatic, new sensation for the juniors, the evening provided an unsurpassable experience which will be remembered for many years to come. Right - 'l he evening proved to be an enjoyable occasion for all attending. Above - Karen Vanl-lekken carefully calculates dimensions for the prom scenery. I would be friend to all, the foe, the friendlessg I would be giving, and forget the gift.
