Junior Cast Enacts Historic 18th Century Drama A talented, hard working junior cast was rewarded by an approving audience, after performing Arthur Mil- ler's difficult drama The Crucible on March 12 and 13. Credit for an exceptional performance should be given to Director Robert C. Schappell, assisted by student directors, Craig Kepner and Dave Walschburger and stage managers, Deb Horst and Mitch Rill. Throughout the production, conditions during the ruthless witch trials at Salem, Massachusetts during the eighteenth century were portrayed. The play seemed to hold a double meaning between the twentieth century Communistic views and those of an eighteenth century region infested by practice of witchcraft. Long hours of practice coupled with each cast member's determination to succeed were conducive to a per- formance well done.
