l Ready . . . Aim . . . Fire! The inexperienced '72 rifle team, under the direction of Mr. Russell Latschar, surprised many other teams by placing high in the league. The began as a new team due to the loss of twelve seniors from last year. Although they lost their first match to Ephrata, they went on to beat Manheir Central, Pequea Valley, Donegal, Garden Spot, in which they shot a perfect score of 500, and Ephrata, the second time around. Strong shooters with an average in the one hundreds are senior janet Barr, the first girl co-captain of the CV rifle team, juniors Kenton Wilt an jeff Bahrenburg, and sophomore Bob Facltler.
