The harmony and co-operation among the girls, as well as the fine coaching from Miss Dulin were reasons for the teamls success. Co-captains Connie Celpke and Barbara Roberts worked in bringing the squad into a strongly built unit, and in leading them to score. Strong defense work as well as a speedy opposition resulted from constant practice and hard work. At the Fall Sports Banquet, six girls were awarded blazers for having earned three varsity letters.
