We can never express enough appreciation to the people who work dili- gently to contrive life-saving devices like these. All contribute to the advancement of medical science. Today better medical and nursing care can be given because of the usefulness of such ap- sl paratus. Their values have been proven in the sterilization of supplies, suction drainage and actually aiding in the process of breathing. These, along with many others, under the di- rection of nurses and doctors, contribute services that aid in the patient's speedy recovery. Health is once again regained by the individual and he again is able to assume his responsibility in the community because of modern methods and de- vices such as these.
