.Irvs sh g IIEPUHTI E I We would like to acknowledge the Head Nurses and Hospital Supervisors for the excellent iob they are doing in planning and supervising the Nursing Service. These are positions of respon- sibility and the nurses who hold them are well qualified. The Head Nurses not only run their hospital divisions as efficiently as possible but they play an important role in the supervision of the student and graduate nurses. Their main concern is the pa- tient's welfare and to help the patient regain his health. The hospital supervisors do the coordinating between the hospital divisions. They often have many important decisions to make-especially at night. They are always willing and ready to help when needed and we as students appreciate everything they do for us.
