She spends her leisure time collecting poetry. Mrs. Gloria B. VVissinger holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She teach- es algebra and general mathematics. Hunting is her favorite sport. James T. Meckley teaches social stud- ies. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master in Education Degree. Lewis Rovansek has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music. In addi- tion to teaching general music and music appreciation, he conducts band, orchestra and chorus. His hobby is collecting records. Miss Rachel M. Treece has a Bache- lor of Science Degree. She teaches home economics. The grades include seventh through the twelfth. Head basketball coach, Mr. Michael Yewcie, has a Bachelol of Science Degree. He teaches history, eivics, and science. All types of sports are his hobbies. Holding a Bachelor Degree, Mr. Mi- chael H. Slavich teaches mathematics, driver, and safety education. As head football coach, he keeps the Horses in trim. Mr. XValter C. VVertz has a Bachelor ot Arts Degree. He teaches occupa- tions and history and he is faculty manager. He is president of the Board of Christian Education. Mrs. Ada Ellenberger attended Ship- pen-sburg, Millersville, and Indiana State Teachers Colleges, and she has a Standard State Permanent Certifi- cate. jim ' Stmy, As our freshman year began, everyone was excited about making money for the coming year. VVe held dances and skating parties. VVe held a bake sale and sold magazine sub- scriptions during our sophomore year. A plan to pay class dues helped us to have a profitable year. Our junior year gave us the responsibility of the junior-senior prom. VVe started our drive with a dance. Next in line came the selling of nuts for the Christmas Holidays. In need of more money, we staged a variety show entitled, c'The Iunior Production. Every junior participated in President .........,. ,.,. L 'Iargaret Labosky Vice president .,... ...... J ohn Brannigan Secretary ........ .........,........ G ayle Boring Treasurer ..... ..... R Iary Agnes Migyanka the show to make it a success. Finally, on May 10, the juniors were host to the seniors at the Masonic Temple. A delicious dinner, a magic show, and dancing highlighted the evening. This event ended our junior year and gave the seniors a night they will long remember. Our goal was reached when We became sen- iors. Our big project was the editing of the year- book. To get enough money, we sold candy and cards. Our drive was for a bigger and better yearbook. The year Wasift all work. We order- ed class rings, traded pictures, and namecards. Gayle Boring, Margaret Labosky, john Brannigan, and Mary Agnes Migyanka make plans for senior activities.
