JUNIOR CLASS PLAX When Aunt Ethel returns from abroad and confesses her interest in a European, har nephews, Jack and Msrmaduko, bo- comc panic-stricken. Both set about devising ways and means either to get this European out of the way or else to find e method to break off this infatuation. Jack calls on his friend, Oscar, to shower his Aunt with attention end adora- tion. Narmeduke enlists the aid of Don Jose Pietre, to do likewise. Jack and Oscar,tnl1ev1ng Jose to be the foreigner, kid- nap him and take his clothes. This, they believe, will give Oscar enough time to gain Aunt Ethe1's affection. Mermeduke's Casino Club sweetheart, June, and hzr girl- friends arrive on the scene. One of them, Donn Jose Pietre, learns that her husband is pursuing Aunt Ethel and her rich- es. Then things really begin to hapoen! Everything is hapoily and ple santly settled when the foreigner arrives. His name is Alexis, and he is a boy of about twelve. Amusing comedy is furnished by Aunt Ethel, her friend Hazel, by Oscar, Don Jose Pletra, and by Mr. and Mrs. Oleander, the nosey neighbors. 74
