THE CLASS OF 1965 (a light comedy in four acts) ACT I. Concordia High School (Excitement and confusion. Enter Class of 1965) Dramatis Personae for the first act were Mary Minard, president; Eric Andersen, vice president; Connie Lathrop, secretary; Dennis Strait, treasurer; and approximate- ly 150 supporting characters. Directing the act were Miss Scott, Mr. Leon, Mr. McDaniel and Mr. Simmons. ACT II. Same set. (Building of plot. Less confusion.) Leading characters for the act were Delmer Thoman, president; Phillip Swenson, vice president; Mary Bray, secretary; Janet Clark, treasurer; same supporting actors and actresses. Director and assistants were Mr. Douglass, Mr. Betts, Mr. Rawson and Mr. Brandhorst. ACT III. Same scene (rising action. Roles take on feeling of greater pride due to upper class status.) Leading the cast were Kent Rawson, president; Connie Lath- rop, vice president; Vicki Loop, secretary; and Janet Cark, treasurer; 130 supporting roles. Sage directing team: Miss Dwerlkotte, Miss Ihrig, Mr. Post, Mr. Morton. Much activity throughout scenes: all school party, Surf City; pencil sales, a first place float, production of Our Town ' and presentation of the Junior-Senior Prom, Moonlight Roses. ACT IV. Same set. (Climax. Anticipation and impatience.) Major characters appearing were president, Bill Bryant; vice president, Bill Kagle; secretary, Vicki Loop;treasurer, Janet Clark; 122 supporting players. Mr. Bryant, Mr. Brandhorst, Miss Fletcher, Mr. Dunlap, and Mr. Trueblood served as the directing crew. Scenes leading to the climax were Jumpin' Jupiter, a winning float, senior assembly, Bac- calaureate and Commencement. The act ends with strains of Pomp and Circumstance.
