That year the tour was sponsored by Mr. Leon, Mr. Simmons, Miss Scott, and Mr. McDaniel. After reaching the end of the Freshmen Route, the class began climbing Sopho- more Hill with Dennis McFall, Bill Peck, Tana Sherwood, and Ardith Jo Lathrop leading the expedition. Having accompanied the class over Sophomore Hill, Mr. Betts, Mr. Brandhorst, Mr. Rawson, and Mr. Douglas willingly entrusted the spon- sorship of the tour to Miss Dwerlkotte, Miss Krauss, Mr. Morton and Mr. Post. By now, the class had reached Junior Plateau where the feminine leadership of Jennie Culley, Andy Jo Lathrop, Carolyn Elliott, and Tana Sherwood took a firm hold. Some of the Junior highlights were the presentation of the class play, Terror in the Suburbs , the class all school party, Take me Back to my Boots and Saddles and the Junior-Senior Prom, SAYONARA. At last the class of 1964 reached Senior Mountain where they elected Steve John- son, president; Jim Bonebrake, vice-president; Carole Gillan, secretary; and Tana Sherwood, treasurer. The class presented All My Sons for their class play and ended the tour with a barbecue and dance.
