Senioni Shine With Papa Si All The C.H.S. senior class presented Papa Is All for their class play this year. This is a story about a Pennsylvannia Dutch Mennonite family. Emma, the twenty-year-old daughter, played by Jackie Whetstone, defies Papa and goes to the movies with a surveyor. Mrs. Yoder, a gossipy neighbor, played by Laurie Ferman, unwittingly tells on her and in spite of all that Mama, Linda Locke tries to do. Papa sets out to kill the surveyor. Jake, the eighteen-year-old son, played by Steve Bell, knocks Papa on the head and puts him in a coal car. He then tells the family that Papa is dead and even gentle Mama is happy with their new life. Soon Papa comes back and tells them that he has killed the surveyor. Trooper Brendle, played by Larry Herman, comes to the Aukamp house and arrests Papa, Eugene Mockabee, for shooting another man. Then Emma is able to have the surveyer come to call on her.
