' -' The Concordia College Chapel The CHAPEL OE THE AIR is transmitted to the people of this vicinity over station WOWO every Saturday morning at 7:30 o'clock. As a broadcast of our Saturday morning devotion, it has served many times to tell people of the out- side world of the Christ, who is the center of Concordia's existence. The chapel exercises consist of a sermonette by President Ottomar Krueger and musical selections by various groups as Well as the singing of several hymns by the assembly. The announcing on the chapel broadcasts has been efficiently per- formed by Mr. Erhardt Essig, and Mr. Walter Buszin and students Eugene Brueggemann and Samuel Roth have filled the position of organist. lt was to this beautiful chapel that the students of Concordia returned on September sixth for their opening devotional exercises. lt meant a return to the activities of a busy, yet exciting school life. This was the beginning of long semesters of study and concentration for all, and this beginning was made as all should be made, in Gods name.
