CLASSROOM SCENES Our first page is devoted to the English and foreign language classes. First we see Miss Elta Frances Sower's English class, discussing some points of grammar. Mr. Verne Quay's eighth grade English class looks very studious-at least the ones Oh my, I see Miss Dorothy Medlin's second year French class looking very patriotic. They are supposed to be singing the French Na- tional Anthem. Vive la France!! at the board do. Miss Lillian Stewart's second year Latin class seems to be paying attention to what Jane Kinard is writing. Jimmy Richards does not look too bored either.
