,ax These scenes are from the English and foreign lan- guage departments. First we have Mrs. Lucille How- ardls English students showing their book reports. Next we have Miss Ruby Swisher teaching her Eng- lish class to be serious while speaking before a group. It looks as if it is a lost cause with Hal Furr. Et tu Brute! Barbara Small, Ralph Wallace, and Carolyn Denny are showing Miss Lillian Stewart's Latin Class that all Gaul is divided into three parts. Is all the world a stage? Don Roberts and Barbara Furr are trying to prove it to Miss Hildreth Gabriel's English class. Last but not least, we have Mrs. Verne Quay's English class. Joann, Sylvia, and Betty have taken the reins and are teaching the class about American authors. It looks like they are very inter- ested. in.

Here are some informal shots from the science de- partment, the library, and study hall. By the way, whom are they trying to fool? Studying in study hall? In the nekt picture a salesman is demonstrating a projector to Mrs. Fisher and Mr. Glenn. I wonder what that gadget is. Itchy really knows how to use the library! These general science students seem to be having quite an experiment. This may be a world shattering event.
