Yearbook Musket brings back cherished memories TOP Kathi Kane and Bill Whitney talk with Editor Pam Morris about their section. ABOVE Pete Sciarretta works on sports layout for yearbook. For the first time in five years, a male headed one of three Journalism staffs. Breaking with tradition, Doug Kerr served as PATRIOT Editor this year. Pam Morris guided the MUSKET staff, and Audrey Koyasako was News Bureau Director, and Randi Widen Asst. Director. The PATRIOT had a staff of ten, sharing photographers with the yearbook. The paper covered various school activities, and the News Bureau staff contributed many stories and features. Sports coverage in the paper was provided by Curt Fransden and Ed Lee, who alternated as Sports Editor. Tina Krause concentrated on fine arts and features writing, while Meg McConahay took charge of the editorial page. Fran Davis and Scott Nicolosi handled news stories for the paper, and Sue McArthur acted as Advertising Manager for the PATRIOT. This year the MUSKET featured twenty more pages, and combined Teachers and Curriculum into one section. All other sections were expanded beyond last year's coverage. News Bureau continued to provide local papers with stories on events at Concord. The staff also handled publicity for Public Schools Week. 28 lnvolvement
