 Student Government New officers brought many ideas and changes Rocky Lucia Student Body President Rich Firman Vice-President This year's Student Government brought many new ideas and changes to Concord High. With a President, Vice-President, two assistants, and twelve members of the Advisory Board, working hard they tried to solve the school's problems and bringing out new activities. One of their projects was the boost of Activity Cards. They offered each class prizes for those who bought them. The Student Government helped support Mr. Thall's Horticulture class by providing funds for plants. Some members attended the Junior States Convention in Sacramento. The students went to seminars and learned about fund raising ideas. They went to one seminar about student apathy, but the speakers didn't show up. Lack of student support was one of the major set backs for the years Student Government. Despite the lack of support many activities were completed.
