Although activities and athletics are integral parts of the school, the foundation for these parts rests in the academic vein, the primary function of the school. Each day at Concord the faculty and adminis- tration stand ready to aid students and to guide their Ways through the right doors to the future. With patience as their brightest poi.nt, the teachers willingly give their valuable time to help a student with his problems. Also in meeting the challenge of matching every stu- dent's potential, the administration has provided new courses. Indeed, popular stand-bys don't go unnoticed as students Hirt with formulas and correct Napoleon's mistakes. e President JOSEPH F. MARSH, JR. President Probably the most dedicated of all Concordians is her president. Joseph F. Marsh is a former Concord student who returned to his native state to make his contribution to the development of a college that had long been a part of his life. Together with the faculty, President Marsh has been the originator of many of the changes that are now evident to all. Throughout this period he has been guided by the conviction that Concord is, and must continue to become, a truly great institution of higher learning. He and the Con- cord faculty will long be a part of our College,
