The 34 highly individualistic members of the class of 1957 have spent varying lengths of time at Concord Academy, enjoying and avoiding varying pursuits and interests. We are unani- mous on only two, widely separated matters- we all babble much too much, and we all have the same deep appreciation of the mani- fold blessings we have gained from knowing you. The timorous tremblings which would fol- low May I seeiat her convenience P , have long since yielded to a lighthearted anticipation of the conference to come. Our inevitable agi- tations about college and life after gradua- tion have been soothed most skillfully, with well-chosen witticisms and sentences of easily applicable wisdom. On leaving Concord behind us in actuality if not in memory, we will think of you not only as an ideal headmistressn, but as a very real and admirable person who has contributed immeasurably to our concept and understanding of life both within and without Concord Academy. OOU FACULTY Now I think you ought to try to keep your voices down in the halls and recently I've no- ticed quite a few Senior's names on the wood list . . . We thank you, Mrs. Wilson, for hold- ing our hand as we made our precarious way through the Senior year. You have stuck with us through thick and thin, quieted the babbling brood and boosted our downtrodden spirits. Grace a vous, we have survived the year with relatively few battle scars.
