MR. JACK PORTER MR. ROBERT JONES IN APPRECIATION Our thanks go to Mr. Porter and Mr. Jones. These two men have been our inspiration since September, 1953. We were young, frightened freshmen, struggling to push our heads through the crust of a new world, high school, when we first met Mr. Porter and Mr. Jones as our sponsors. Since that time, they have helped us become better students and citizens. We, the Class of 1957, wish to express our sincere gratitude to these two men who have been our guiding light for the past four years. Because Of their interest in us both as individuals and as a class, we have had a successful and happy high school life. 12
