Westcott, is interested in every phase of school life. Pupils as students, lea- ders, and athletes, as well as faculty mem- bers know that she is willing to listen to any problems and to assist in solving them. He served seven years as a teacher, six as assistant principal of various iunior high schools and now is in his third year as deputy superintendent. He holds an A.B.S, degree from Redlands University and a M.A., from the University of Southern California. He is an active member of Rotary and Phi Delta Kappa. William E. H. PF INCIPA- DORIS T. WESTCOTT has served as principal of Compton High School for the past four years. Previously she spent seventeen years in various educational fields in the Compton Secondary District. In the educational field she holds a B.S. and M.S. from the Univer- sity of Southern California. As proof of her various activities Mrs. Westcott claims membership in Phi Lamloa Theta, Delta Psi Gamma, Delta Gamma Phi, Phi Kappa Phi and Spars. She vvas elected Helen of Troy for two years.
