To those of tomorrow we leave the dream that we have cherished and added to during this year . . . to them we turn over the material things we have built and the intangible spirit that is Compton High, know- ing they will make it better for having been here. Tomorrow others will walk where we have, down cam- pus lanes . . . where we have built well, they will gain . . . where we have built poorly, they will build again. To every person who will love or live for Compton High School ....................................... We give our heritage. Hi I s x . ,KJ .A . 'I' x Y Ls f g S XJ yy U Qufuza fW' Z 'im 1. Highlights of the V X A 1 season were the games with Wilson, Anaheim , A ff ' and Poly. The team was green and inexperi- enced, lacked depth, but they were loaded with tight and spirit. Wilson nipped the boys 6-55 they stopped Anaheim 5-4, and Poly in a real thriller, 8-7. lmpens, Abersold, Posson, Tuthill were some of the standouts, However, no one boy could be singled out above the others in regard to fight and team plays.
